I keep catching myself over and over, being very rough and nasty with myself.
Sometimes it even frightens me, when I listen to the things inside my head and realise just how mean, nasty and judging I am with myself.
I know I am not the only one in this situation, and I know everyone wants to be better friends with themselves.

traced back to one single negative belief:
“I am not good enough!”
