More than just a meditation
I am totally thrilled!
I have now set it as my alarm clock because my head starts to want to solve problems or create to-do lists or plan the day super quickly after waking up in the morning 🥴🙈. I’m super excited to see what this will do to me. I definitely got up with a smile on my face today (2nd morning of meditation).
The meditation has definitely made me feel happier day by day so far and last night I felt like a big meteorite of love had hit me 4 times.
I was half in my body and half somewhere else. Afterwards I was just overflowing with love, happiness and completely flashed. Was I in another dimension or something? 🙈

I have now listened to the course every day together with the corresponding meditation in the morning and evening. This has already resulted in a much more relaxed basic feeling, Chris’ authentic words always catch me just right to remind me of my path to myself.
