How to let go of the past to raise your frequency
One sentence that you will hear over and over again, both as a client and as a viewer or listener to our public soul talks, is: I am with myself and only with myself. This sentence has such a deep meaning and expresses a focus that forms the basis of our being and our work. It also includes the alignment to focus myself again and again on the source, on the highest energy of God, if you will, within me.
The connection to this source, the expression of it, is the basis for everything. And from this connection, from this awareness, from this being enough, we can carefully examine all our images, identifications and beliefs on the inside, but also our manifestation on the outside. Over and over again. We already do this automatically as a family through our decades of traveling the world together.
And on the outside, I personally find it quite easy to have little because of how enough I feel. What's more interesting are the inner things that keep piling up, all by themselves.
And this is what I talk about today in this article, but also in the video or podcast.
By permanently focusing on source, we can have the knowledge and trust to integrate and let go of everything that no longer serves us. And this is of course easier with things that no longer serve us, are no longer coherent or may even be toxic. In my opinion, it is much more interesting to let go of things that appear to be coherent and good. This is sometimes a particularly big challenge.
The mind particularly likes to get involved here, as it doesn't want to integrate existing systems that are working well. And the heart also sometimes likes to hold on to states that seem comfortable, cozy and coherent. But when in doubt, just let go. Why hold on when we can recreate everything we are and need at any time? Maybe there is an upgrade. Maybe there will be a simplification.
Maybe it will be smaller and take up less space and still be better. And maybe you're still better off without that thing that feels so good. So many possibilities. Let's put it into a clear example: I'm talking about the example of our work here at our Soulflow Academy. I've been saying for months that our work is coming to an end in the way we do it. This work is good, and important.
We have helped many thousands of people the last 15 years. They are so grateful to us. I love working with people in this area so much. And then it has also given us so much financially. All is well in this area. And yet it's time to let go and move on to something new.
And that's exactly what I'm doing. I am so deeply and firmly in trust because I have experienced this process over and over again over the last few decades. So there is no fear, but sometimes a little frustration that it is not yet clear exactly how things will continue.
And this is where we are allowed to give our head to our mind, and also our ego, very clearly time and again. As always, we make decisions in life with our heart. We then implement them with our mind and logic. That's how we've been doing it for so long and that's exactly how it will continue. How do you see it? Do you also feel that you tend to make decisions from the heart and that your head likes to niggle at them and sow seeds of doubt?
How do you deal with this? I'm always happy to receive comments and suggestions from you here in the comments section.

Letting go….
So easy said, but then it takes effort to get it done.
Right?
