What does it really mean to embody light energy?

Embodiment means: It does not remain theoretical. It doesn’t stay “up there” in the sky. It becomes tangible, visible, audible and perceptible down here on earth.

In your heart

The heart is your inner portal of light. This is where your humanity merges with your divinity. When your heart is open, light can work through you – quite naturally. But many hearts are closed due to disappointment, trauma and protection mechanisms.
